The space features poured, stamped, and stained concrete, a centerpiece corner fireplace with wrap-around hand-mortared J&N Stone, Infratech heaters, and a custom outdoor kitchen with Fire Magic storage, refrigerator, accessory drawers, and Majestic Granite countertops. Designed as a seamless extension of the home, it becomes a central hub for summer living and outdoor enjoyment.
